Preaching
Pray for the Regional Coordinators meeting being held in Sri Lanka at the end of August.
The Langham Preaching team are always looking to increase the resources they’re able to offer to pastors and preachers, including online resources, eBooks and training materials. One strategy is to have a range of translators that can help to develop these. Please pray for the team as they get in touch with local contacts and build up personnel resources in this area.

Scholars
Pray for Joseph Byamukama, who has visited Ridley College in Melbourne for the first two weeks of August for his annual study visit and meetings with his PhD supervisor. Pray for George Bishai in Egypt as he revises his thesis, hoping to graduate in early 2024. Pray for Crystal as she studies in Australia and seeks God’s guidance for what she does after she has earned her PhD.
The Scholars’ Team is planning to meet together for a week in September 2023 in Egypt. Pray for those involved in preparing and planning for this meeting and pray for good discussion and fellowship during this time together.
Literature
Please pray for the Langham-supported Christian publishing houses in parts of the world where Christians are under immense pressure. Pray for those working on the new one-volume commentary projects around the world.
