SCHOLARS

• A scholar from Madagascar will come to the end of a two-month study residency at Tyndale House, UK, during October 2026. Pray that this time will enable him to make meaningful progress in writing his dissertation and that he will be able to maintain this momentum even when he returns home.

•A graduate from Uganda will be presenting a paper at a conference at Calvin Seminary in the US. Pray for good travel logistics, for good relationships and connections to be built at this conference.

LITERATURE

• The Catalogues for the 2026/2027 Library Grant Programme are currently in production (one in English and one in French). Pray that all the various elements will come together in a timely way and that there will be no unnecessary delays.

•Please pray for the people at Angolan publishing ministry Editora Quitanda. This is the first year of their operations in Africa and Langham is supporting them to pursue their long-held vision to serve Portuguese speaking Africa with locally authored books. With Langham’s up-front help, they aim to grow a new generation of writers who can equip a new generation of preachers. Give thanks for some amazing connections and contracts made so far. Pray especially for their impact through resources that can open and explain scripture and help strengthen the church.

PREACHING

• Small Preaching Group handbook is in the process of being produced. Pray for those that are helping with production and those that are in the process of writing.

• Continental Leadership Team meeting and Bolivia escuelita gathering (31st Oct – 6th Nov). Pray for God’s guidance and presence throughout the Continental Leadership Team meeting and the Bolivia escuelita gathering. Ask for fruitful discussions, wise decision-making, encouraging fellowship, and a clear sense of God’s direction for the ministry. Pray that all participants would be strengthened, refreshed, and united in their shared mission.

• A Facilitator Workshop will take place in Brussels this month. Pray that these facilitators will be inspired by the training that they receive and will feel equipped to serve others in this capacity.
